Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data this website and our contact channels handle, and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
This website is run by Jerson Montesinos, an independent contractor based in Lima, Peru, who provides white-label services to agencies. For any privacy question, email jerson.montesinos.m@gmail.com.
This website
This is a static website. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and the main pages have no forms. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; to deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and request details under its own privacy policy.
When you email us or message us on LinkedIn
We receive your name, email address or LinkedIn profile, your company and whatever you choose to send (for example a client brief). We use it only to reply, prepare a mockup or proposal, deliver the work you order and invoice it. Please do not send us your clients' customer lists or sensitive personal data unless a project requires it and we have agreed how to handle it.
Live demos
The demo pages under /demo/ show fictitious businesses. On this website their forms run in demo mode: nothing you type is sent or stored, and the page tells you so. Please do not enter real personal data in them.
Pages we build for agencies' clients
When we deliver a Speed-to-Lead Kit, the form on that page sends leads to a Google Sheet and Google Apps Script owned by the agency or its client, and the auto-reply is sent from their Google account. That business decides how the data is used and its own privacy policy applies. We only access that data if they give us access to set up or support the kit, and only for that purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the services we need to run the business: our email provider, LinkedIn when you message us there, and the payment provider you choose to pay an invoice (bank transfer or PayPal). We may also disclose it if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project records for as long as we work together and afterwards as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete anything we do not need to keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask us at jerson.montesinos.m@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. We will answer within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law, including Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
